Use of the App
The App is provided for informational and educational purposes related to Subdivide and music practice. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
No Accounts
The App does not require account creation. Tap Five does not manage user accounts or authentication.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on OpenAI's services to generate responses. Your use of the App is also subject to OpenAI's applicable terms and policies.
No Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any responses generated by the App.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap Five LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to disrupt or misuse the App or underlying services.
- Use the App to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
